The booking fee is 40% of the total rental price, and the remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.

Upon arrival, a €300 security deposit must be paid, which will be refunded at the end of your stay after verifying that everything is in order.
To avoid irresponsible consumption, the rental price includes €50 worth of electricity. Any consumption above this amount will be charged separately. The meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out to determine exact usage. The rate is €0.20 per kWh.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% of the reservation (minus 3% bank fees) will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least one month before the rental start date.
