The community's private huge swimming pool, tennis court and great restaurant are located just a couple of hundred meters from the villa. The swimming pool and tennis court are available to guests free of charge. A breathtaking landscape opens up from the yard. You can see across the entire Mijas Valley to the Mediterranean Sea, the Mijas Mountain, on a clear day, as far as the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada. In the evening, Fuengirola spreading below with its lights creates a wonderful background for dinner, at a large round table, next to the illuminated swimming pool.There are eight beds in four bedrooms, of which the large bedroom downstairs can easily be arranged with extra beds for the smallest ones in the family.Built by the Danes, the villa is a mix of Nordic and Andalusian styles and has a great floor plan. The spacious living room connects to the large kitchen, forming a comfortable area where you can relax, cook and eat even with a large group. Sometimes you can step out into the yard or backyard through the house's large sliding door windows. In the downstairs chill-out area, behind the glass doors and windows, you are protected from both the wind and the sun.The house is furnished with high-quality Danish design.
The upstairs bedrooms have excellent beds, two double beds and one motorized bed. The downstairs bedroom has two motorized beds.
The well-equipped kitchen has all amenities, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, microwave and plenty of cabinet and counter space. From the kitchen there is also access to the backyard, which has a top-class grill and patio kitchen, a large dining table with chairs under a parasol. The backyard is completely hidden from view and the pool area is also protected behind the wall.Downstairs, the large bedroom/living room with a modern smart TV is connected to a spacious bathroom with modern large-drum washing machines and dryers. Downstairs, in his own room, there is also a really large fridge-freezer that can hold the rest of the holiday food and drinks. From the downstairs chill-out area you can access the jacuzzi and the garage. There is also a private grill in the basement. The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest must be paid in cash upon arrival or transfer 48 hours before arrival.

The accommodations, in addition to the rental price, have a final cleaning price, which will be reflected in the payment process,

and an electricity fee is paid per consumption, €0.25 Kwh at the time of checkout.

At the time of arrival you must leave a deposit of €500, which will be returned upon departure after checking that everything is correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the reservation will be refunded (less 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made a maximum of 1 month before the rental date.
