Please note:

The booking fee is 40% of the total rental price, and the remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer 48 hours before arrival.
In addition to the rental price, a final cleaning fee will apply, which will be shown during the payment process.
Upon arrival, a €500 security deposit must be paid, which will be refunded at the end of your stay after verifying that everything is in order.
To avoid irresponsible consumption, the rental price includes €50 worth of electricity. Any consumption above this amount will be charged separately. The meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out to determine exact usage. The rate is €0.20 per kWh.

CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the reservation (minus 3% bank charges) will be refunded if the cancellation is made a maximum of 1 month in advance of the rental date.
