The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest must be paid in cash upon arrival or by transfer 48 hours before arrival.

The accommodations, in addition to the rental price, have a final cleaning fee, which will be reflected in the payment process.

The price includes €50 for electricity, and to avoid irresponsible consumption, the rest of the consumption that exceeds it, €0.20 Kwh, will be charged at checkout.

A deposit of €500 must be left upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure after checking that everything is correct.

CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the reservation (minus 3% bank charges) will be refunded if the cancellation is made a maximum of 1 month in advance of the rental date.
