You just have to select the desired dates, number of people and select the RESERVE NOW button, it will take you to another page of total price information, there you just have to follow the steps indicated. Reservations are held in payment waiting mode for 20 minutes.

Remember that our minimum rental is 7 nights, if you want a shorter stay, you must contact us via email, WhatsApp, phone call, or by filling out the contact form on the page.

You will automatically receive an email at the time of the reservation, and once the payment is confirmed you will receive a second email, in which the reservation code and information related to the reservation made must appear.

We will never leave the keys in any mailbox or collection place, we will always come to receive you, show you the apartment and clear up all doubts about it. When leaving the apartment, we will also be there to collect the keys and listen to suggestions about any changes or needs of the accommodation.

In all our accommodations you must pay the final cleaning, the price is according to the size of the apartment, in the villas you must pay in addition to cleaning, electricity for consumption.

No. The cleaning team will leave the beds made with clean clothes and towels. Beach towels are not included.

In most of our accommodation’s pets are allowed, make sure you see the symbol (pet paw) in the services indicated by the accommodation. Still, you should always let us know in advance.

The electricity meter is read at the time of arrival and checked again at the time of departure, but if during the stay you would like to know the consumption, you can look at the meter and multiply the kilowatts consumed by the price indicated on the rental contract.

Always to the person who has received you in the apartment, this person oversees any question related to the accommodation during your stay.

The cleaning team will always leave toilet paper and kitchen paper in each apartment or villa. Elements such as shampoo or gel, only in some cases.

The service that we have by contract is only the final cleaning, in case you need cleaning service during your stay, you must reserve it and we will send you the service fees.

Yes, if the other chosen apartment is available, in this case the difference in price will be paid or credited.

The entrance to the accommodation will be from 15:00 in case of not leaving the same day, you could enter earlier. The departure will be at 11:00 and if there is no reservation the same day it could be later. In any case, you should reserve it in advance.

In each apartment you will find at least 1 hair dryer, if you do not find it, you must contact us, and we will provide it as soon as possible.

Each apartment is different in terms of decoration and equipment, for this reason you should ask us in advance if the coffee maker is with capsules or a filter.

In all of them you will find basic equipment such as a coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob or fire, microwave, and utensils. Some apartments and villas have a wide range of electrical appliances, different in each accommodation.

The bail or deposit is returned immediately upon leaving the apartment, except in specific cases where the house is found with a lot of damage, in which case the value of the repair of said damage would be studied.

Just like a long-term rental, vacation rentals must have a contract indicating the date, prices, and date of accommodation.
