The apartment is located in the 5th floor but there are two elevators in the building. There's no parking garage but it is easy to find parking around the recinto Feria.

Must consider:
The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest must be paid in cash upon arrival or transfer 48 hours before arrival.
In addition to the rental price, the accommodations have a final cleaning price, which will be reflected in the payment process.
At the time of arrival you must leave a deposit of €300, which will be returned upon departure after checking that everything is correct.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the reservation will be refunded (less 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made a maximum of 1 month before the rental date.
