This modern penthouse apartment is situated within a walking distance from the idyllic town of Arroyo de la Miel where you can find several restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes drive away.

The apartment consists of two floors. In the first floor you'll find two bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and the living room with access to the terrace where you can enjoy the sea view. The other two bedrooms and a terrace are located in the second floor. The master bedroom with a double bed and integrated bathroom, a smaller bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed.

Must consider:
The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest must be paid in cash upon arrival or transfer 48 hours before arrival.
In addition to the rental price, the accommodations have a final cleaning price, which will be reflected in the payment process.
At the time of arrival you must leave a deposit of €300, which will be returned upon departure after checking that everything is correct.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the reservation will be refunded (less 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made a maximum of 1 month before the rental date.
