The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest must be paid in cash upon arrival or by transfer 48 hours before arrival.
The accommodations, in addition to the rental price, have a final cleaning fee, which you will see reflected in the payment process.
At the time of arrival you must leave a deposit of €300 which will be returned upon departure of your stay after checking that everything is correct.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of the reservation will be refunded (minus bank charges 3%) if the cancellation is made a maximum of 1 month before the rental date.
