The reservation fee is 40% of the total rental price, the rest must be paid in cash upon arrival or transfer 48 hours before arrival. The accommodations, in addition to the rental price, have a final cleaning price, which will be reflected in the payment process. At the time of arrival you must leave a deposit of €500, which will be returned upon departure after checking that everything is correct.
CANCELLATION POLICY 100% of the reservation will be refunded (less 3% bank charges) if the cancellation is made a maximum of 1 month before the rental date.
